Leading website design and digital marketing company, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Phone Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, driven by results, and eager to earn commission through closing deals. This is an immediate hire position with paid in-person training and the potential to work remotely post-training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to warm leads from our extensive list.
- Engage potential clients, present Supersites’ services, and close sales deals.
- Participate in in-person training sessions.
- Update CRM to track activity.
- Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for bonuses and residuals.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with in-person training.
- Must be eligible to work as a 1099 contractor.
