Position
We are looking for a Licensed Aesthetician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience who is passionate about helping people feel their best. The ideal candidate has excellent people skills, loves connecting with clients, and aligns with our values of integrity, education, and holistic skin health.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized facials, corrective treatments, and other esthetic services
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
Qualifications
- Active Esthetician's license in California
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in esthetics
- Strong knowledge of skin science, corrective treatments, and product ingredients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and passionate about continuous learning
- A team player who embodies compassion, care, and respect
