We are a leading East Bay general contractor seeking an experienced Full-Time Carpenter to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and works well both independently and with others. Projects include high-end residential remodels, additions, and select commercial work throughout the East Bay.
Responsibilities
Perform framing, trim, cabinetry, and general carpentry
Install drywall, flooring, tile, doors, siding, and finishes
Read and interpret plans and schematics
Support kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodels
Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work
Maintain clean, safe, and efficient job sites
Qualifications
5+ years carpentry or general construction experience
Strong framing and remodel experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in tight spaces
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
Reliable communication and strong work ethic
Professional demeanor with homeowners, subs, and vendors
Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
$25–$45/hr, DOE
Steady, local East Bay work (no long commutes)
