East bay Property Management Company is hiring a skilled Maintenance Plumber to keep our properties running smoothly. Proficiency required at general plumbing, snaking drains, swapping water heaters, and fixing leaks—

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Plumbing: Handle work orders for clogged drains, leaking pipes, and running toilets.
Replacements: Swap out faucets, garbage disposals, shower valves, and toilets.
Water Heaters: Diagnose and replace standard tank water heaters; troubleshoot tankless units.
Team Player: Assist the general maintenance team with other building repairs (light drywall/paint after plumbing repairs) when needed.
Must be detailed in logging hours and reporting to company.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on plumbing or maintenance experience.
Proficiency with snakes, augers, and standard plumbing tools.
Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel locally.
Good communication skills for interacting with residents.
