JOB DESCRIPTION:
Applicant must know most phases and know typical sequencing of construction for Residential, additions, remodels, home repair and new construction as well as light Commercial tenant improvement and new. Must have knowledge and working experience in layout concrete forms and placement, wood and metal framing, roofing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, painting, tile, finish carpentry, more is always better!
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality work.
Effective problem-solving abilities, adapting to project changes and unique requirements.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach job sites.
Commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift 100lbs.
Works well as part of a team.
Punctual and reliable.
