Contractor is looking for additional people to carryout rehab remodeling work on properties throughout the Bay Area.
Usual projects include some light demo, minor framing / roofing repairs, preparation and paint, flooring and kitchen & bathroom remodeling along with some minor electrical work. You'll need to be able to work quickly and efficiently and sometimes without supervision.
You'll need your own basic tools and transport, work is ongoing.
This is a 1099 Contractor agreement. I'll need ID & SSN to get paid.
