Assemblers1st and 2nd Shift at $21/hourSimi Valley CADescription:
Performs a variety of routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations
Conducts inspections of own and/or other associates work to insure correctness
Uses hand tools and power tools to assembler product based off of schematics and blue prints, may include torque wrenches, screwdrivers, crimpers
Utilizes testing tools such as multimeters, leak test equipment, and computer based testing
Applies process specifications governing the production of product within an assigned cell, records production time and quantity data
Duties could include simple welding tasks, brazing, and/or soldering and may operate light machinery such as sand blaster, electro-etching processing, or press
If have sewing experience or drive to learn, duties may include using industrial sewing machine
Actively demonstrates all safety policies and procedures
Open to cross training and learning
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year of mechanical assembly experience.
Must have at least 1 year of blue print reading experience.
Must be ITAR compliant.
Must be able to read and communicate in English.
Sewing (industrial) is a plus.
Work Environment/shift timingsThis is a manufacturing environment, steel toe and safety glasses required, 1st and 2nd shift opportunities are available1st shift : Monday to Friday 5:00AM - 1:30PM or 3:30PM with OT2nd shift : Monday to Friday 3:00PM - 12:30AM or 2:00AM with OTBenefits/Perks
