We are looking for a motivated, well organized person for our small realestate office to manage about 350 apartments. This job require in office presence. This is the remote office for the realestate business. No physical interaction with tenants. The daily tasks include receieving tenants calls via phone only, responding to tenants repair and maintenance and communicating with maintenance stuff over the phone and followup, l data entry, soft and hard copy filling, follow up, strong text and email communication, accounting and data preparation for tax, paper filling etc. The person must be very organized, motivated and wants to grow and not afraid of hard work. Experience with real estate management will be a significant advantage.

The total weekly hours is 40 hours per week but we are flexible and accomodative to employee need and part time.

SKILLS YOU MUST HAVE:

Well organized and multi tasking.

motivated and self starter and attention to details

Strong telephone and email communication skills

Microsoft Office Suite, any experience with property Management will be an added skill.

Must have reliable transportation, current and valid driver's license.
