Located in the heart of the beautiful Edna Valley, Tolosa Winery is dedicated to crafting exceptional Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays that reflect the region’s unique terroir. We are currently seeking passionate, hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as a part-time Estate Host.
As an Estate Host, you will be the face of Tolosa Winery, providing exceptional hospitality and engaging guests with the history and passion behind our wines. This role is ideal for enthusiastic individuals with a knack for customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engaging and informative wine tastings, sharing winery history and stories.
Build consumer loyalty and encourage wine club memberships.
Create memorable guest experiences with personalized service.
Follow daily operating procedures and maintain a professional tasting room atmosphere.
Utilize POS systems (Wine Direct experience preferred) to process sales and memberships.
Qualifications:
21 years of age or older.
Previous tasting room or wine industry experience preferred.
Strong customer service, organizational, and sales skills.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift cases of wine.
Must already possess or be willing to obtain Responsible Beverage Service Certification upon hire.
