Hello! I NEED A PERSONAL ASSISTANT! I have a dog training facility so you must be very comfortable with dogs. Yo hablo la mayoria de lenguas de Espanol, pero no hablo bein Columbia, Cuba, etc.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Random, mostly physical stuff like: Cleaning kennels, topping waters, feeding dogs, giving medications (pill pockets mostly) occasionally doctoring (like hot soaking an ouchy) washing/ blow-drying dogs. (I have very well-trained dogs that are easy to work with and I will teach you how!) Feeding the farm animals (just a few) and the cats, changing cat litter. After the animals, there are outside chores, like watering plants, or pressure washing dog beds, raking leaves, etc. Finally, depending on how many hours you want you come in and do some dishes, and a little housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, etc.)
I can teach you everything you need to help me. If you WANT to learn how to train dogs, I will give you free lessons on your OWN time. If you get good, I would pay you to start training for me as well! BUT: Mostly IT'S CLEANING! And VERY PHYSICAL You must be strong, able to comfortably lift 40+ lb. bags of dog food, take out trash, and be on your feet doing physical activity for a minimum of 4 hours. Any dog training would be in ADDITION to the needed hours.
HOURS: I need 2 days (minimum 6-8 hour shift) or 3 days a week, (not in a row!) 4 to 7-hour shifts,. IF you WANT MORE hours, it would depend on what you are good at! I always need extra help with yardwork and housecleaning. If you are good at social media, I would love someone to handle mine. If you like running errands, I could have you do mine once a week! When I have litters (typically 2 or 3 a year) I need ALL the help I can get, and can give you extra days/ hours if you WANT. And if you LEARN BY ME to train dogs, I would LOVE that, though that would be some months, not all.
REQUIREMENTS: The number one thing I need someone I CAN DEPEND ON. I need someone who shows up, every day on time! If you get sick more than the average person, or have car troubles, etc. this job isn’t for you. The second thing; someone who is an energetic, HARD WORKING person who is basically happy and friendly, and is willing to pay attention to DETAILS. Everything thing else I can teach you, but THESE PERSONALITY TRAITS, either you have them or you don’t.
PAY: Starts at $20/ hour for the first 2 months, to train you. I'll pay ya cash, so you get that entire amount! Then goes to $25/ hour. If you stay for MORE THAN 6 months, and you are SERIOULSY hard working and dependable, you can get up to $30/ hour
