The Rugged Radios Race and Events department is looking for a new team member! Ideal applicants will be hard working, willing to learn and have a great attitude. Team members typically work on a large variety of tasks relating to events and sponsorships including event logistics.
This is an in-house position and applicants must be local to the Five Cities / San Luis Obispo / Santa Maria areas.

Responsibilities
Coordinate schedule and travel plans for travel teams
Manage event calendars and event prep sheets
Communicate upcoming events and staffing with entire company via google calendar, email, event whiteboard
Communicate with show promoters on event logistics
Post event follow up and evaluation.
Process and procure check requests, seller permits, insurance needs
Requirements
Be friendly and work well with others in a team environment
Be highly organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines
Solve problems and be flexible in your duties
Familiarity with the Google Workspace i.e. email, Sheets, Docs, Drive and Calendar
Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Experience
General knowledge of the off-road industry
Event coordination and activation
This is a temp to hire position. The position requires a newly hired employee complete an introductory period of up to 90 days before transitioning to a position with the Company.
