About the Role -
As Boutique Manager, you are the heartbeat of the store. You lead with grace, set the tone for exceptional service, and ensure the space feels welcoming, inspiring, and effortlessly polished every day.
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of stylists
- Deliver elevated, relationship-driven customer service
- Oversee daily operations and sales goals
- Maintain visual standards and merchandising in line with the Wildflower aesthetic
- Manage inventory, transfers, and store organization
- Foster community connections and local clientele relationships
- Uphold brand standards with consistency and care
