What We’re Looking For:
Welding Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on welding expertise.
Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in calculating fractions and dimensions.
Efficiency: Ability to make accurate cuts quickly and effectively.
Plan Reading: Strong skills in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Self-Sufficiency: Capable of working independently and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
