Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor on construction sites or other projects as directed by the supervisor.
Operate hand and power tools of all types.
Clean and prepare sites.
Assist in pulling coax and fiber.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a skilled laborer or similar role.
Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks for extended periods of time, including lifting, climbing, and standing.
Proficiency in operating hand and power tools.
Strong work ethic and willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
