Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Realtor located in Stockton, CA. The Realtor will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on market conditions, preparing property listings, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and regulations. The role involves frequent client interaction and requires excellent relationship management and organizational skills.
Qualifications
Proficiency in property sales, negotiations, and client consultations
Ability to manage listings, handle marketing strategies, and conduct property showings effectively
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and regulatory requirements
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Relevant licensing in real estate for the state of California is required
Proficiency with real estate software and tools is a plus.
