Accounting/Finance Manager

Description We are in search of an Accounting/Finance Manager to join our organization based in Torrance, California. The role involves the management of accounting functions, utilization of various accounting software systems, and engagement with financial services. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Auditing Utilize accounting software systems such as BlackLine and Concur for efficient financial management Collaborate with ADP - Financial Services for improved financial operations Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for streamlined business processes Supervise and manage billing functions to ensure accurate and timely billing of customers Oversee the preparation and evaluation of annual revenue reports Ensure the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive financial records Resolve any financial discrepancies and address customer inquiries related to finance Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements Possess proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required Proficiency in BlackLine is a must Expertise in Concur is desirable Must be well-versed with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Ability to handle all Accounting Functions effectively Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) management Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience in Auditing is mandatory Capable of handling all Billing Functions Experience in managing Annual Revenue is required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
