Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative role in the sports manufacturing industry based in Torrance, California. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and handling customer complaints. This role also involves staying updated on product lines, market trends, and relevant events.Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and in person Efficiently enter and process customer orders Issue return authorization numbers and evaluate warranty returns Organize and maintain customer records Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries in a timely manner Stay current on product lines, market trends, and relevant events Report customer complaints and errors to the relevant department Maintain consistent and reliable attendance Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Requirements Must have a proven track record in the field of Customer Service Experience in a Call Center Customer Service environment is essential Knowledge of Tennis Courts would be advantageous Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on urgency Proficient in using computer systems for recording customer interactions and transactions Must have a proactive approach towards problem-solving Ability to work collaboratively in a team Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary High school diploma or equivalent is required, higher education or relevant certifications would be a plus Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.
