Data Analyst

Description We are seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing industry based in Torrance, California. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and entering data into the Product Information Management system (PIM). You will also coordinate with various teams to enhance data quality and provide backup support for system administration and technical duties.Responsibilities: Accurately prepare and enter data into the Product Information Management system (PIM) Oversee the administration of the B2B site and PIM, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales team to enhance data quality Work with IT Manager and developers to address site upgrades, performance issues, and other technical requirements Monitor and maintain data integrity to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information Maintain a strong understanding of company products Provide backup support for system administration and technical duties Utilize BusinessObjects Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, Microsoft Word, AB Testing, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Requirement Document, Create Dashboards, and Data Analysis tools Utilize SQL for data management and analysis. Requirements Proficiency in BusinessObjects Technologies is mandatory. Must have strong experience with Database management and operations. Familiarity with EO/IR systems is required. Must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft office suite, including Microsoft Word. Experience with AB Testing methods is necessary. Must have solid knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and processes. Ability to create Business Requirement Documents with clarity and precision. Must possess skills to Create Dashboards for data visualization. Strong Data Analysis skills are essential. Proficiency in SQL is a must.
