Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.

Execute the strategy for the customer

Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).

Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations.

Bachelor’s Degree Required

Experienced national account sales professional who is motivated and looking to accelerate career in sales/account management

5+ years sales experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods

Ability to develop collaborative, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, designed to deliver mutually beneficial business results and best-in-class joint business plans

Ability to actively communicate and foster collaborative relationships to enable superior execution of customer business plans across key cross-functional team members (i.e., Sales Planning, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing). This includes developing accurate, timely forecasting and detailed follow-through

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, agile and demanding environment with a positive, tenacious, and resilient attitude

Self-motivated,flexible, agile, and not afraid to challenge the status quo to drive stronger performance and elevate the larger team

Fluent understanding of P&L

Desire and hunger to learn, develop and progress within the business
