Description HR Generalist in the Food IndustryVacaville, Ca Responsibilities: Follow human resource procedures for all company personnel Develop personnel policies and procedures Maintain employee handbook Recruit for open positions Onboarding including benefits selections Procure contract workers as needed and coordinate with staffing vendors Comply with all legal requirements Manage affirmative action program, and file EEO/AA-1 report annually Maintain all required documentation as per EEO regulations Handle Learning and Development and ETP Training Do employee relations work, including counseling, outplacement, and exit interviewing Keep organization charts and job descriptions currentRequirements Minimum 3 years as an HR Generalist ADP - Financial Services ADP Workforce Now ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode (preferred) Ceridian software Dayforce software Strong benefits functions comprehension Following of regulations and standards in the Food Industry Experience in employee relations FMLA understandingRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
