Seeking at Part-Time Front Desk Host.
We can offer 1-3 shifts per week. Must be able to be flexible and work weekends if needed. Shifts vary weekly and depend on hotel occupancy.

There is a wide range of tasks and skills required in this role. The successful candidate will be a person who is ambitious and flexible. Good candidates are people who can adapt quickly and have an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude.
The roles primary tasks are to efficiently and successfully execute the following processes for the team including (but not limited to):
(1) Customer Service – provide Outpost guests with best in class service. Adhere to, and provide ongoing input into, our customer-centered approach. Add value by being authentic, transparent and in search of constant improvement. In this role you will help manage our Airstream Trailer rooms - Airstream knowledge is a plus but not required. You will be required to do some lifting on this role, 25lbs and under.
(2) Manage guests requests, check in, check out, returns and credits during the workday.
(3) Excellent Communications - management of incoming emails and providing service/ information for walk in customers, answering all phone inquiries in a quick and efficient manner.
(4) Managing customer data – Input and Editing of customer data in our property management system. Computer skills a must. Candidates with previous property management system abilities are encouraged to apply. Familiar with Google docs, Gmail and general use of a Mac helpful.
(5) Resolve and solve customer complaints in a manner that 'creates more customers'.
