We are seeking a reliable part-time janitor for a local medical office. Tasks will include groundskeeping such as vacuuming and mopping all floors, restroom cleaning, empty and replace all trash can liners, dusting and cleaning of all desks and counters, break-room cleaning and sanitation.
Currently only part-time 5 days per week at 2 hours per shift.
Shift: 5 days per week
Monday: Anytime after 7:00pm
Tuesday: Anytime after 7:00pm
Wednesday: Anytime after 7:00pm
Thursday: Anytime after 7:00pm
Friday: Anytime after 7:00pm
Qualifications: Candidate must have some experience in janitorial services such as mopping, vacuuming, trash changing, window cleaning, office cleaning, restroom cleaning and any other tasks that would relate to janitorial duties. This position may require ability to lift more than 25lbs.
Ability to spend substantial time walking, standing, and performing the physical labor associated with cleaning facilities. This includes reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, speaking, and listening.
Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
