Job Description:

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent to support the growth and success of Pacific Senior Care. You’ll work closely with the hiring manager to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment efforts, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation. You will be leading all job fairs & in-person sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.

Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and coordinating offers.

Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by guiding them through every step of the hiring process.

Stay updated on industry trends, talent pools, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

A positive attitude and a passion for helping others find the right fit.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting in in-home care caregivers.

Previous experience with job fairs, cold calls, and in-person recruitment.
