About Us: We are a specialty contractor located in Agoura Hills, CA, providing high-quality services with a strong focus on craftsmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant with basic accounting experience to support daily office operations and construction project documentation. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable wearing many hats in a small but fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Provide general administrative support, including phone and email correspondence, scheduling, filing, and document preparation. - Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking. - Maintain project files, contracts, and job documentation in an organized and accessible manner. - Support communication between the office, clients, vendors, and field teams. - Perform data entry and ensure accurate record-keeping. - Assist with miscellaneous office tasks to help improve workflow and operations.

Required Qualifications: - Previous administrative experience; construction industry experience is a plus. - Basic understanding of accounting tasks such as AP/AR and invoicing. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a small team setting.

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with construction software (e.g., QuickBooks, Procore, Textura) is a plus. - Familiarity with permits, job costing, or contracts is a plus.

Pay Range: $22-$25 per hour
