Description We have an exciting opportunity for a mid-to-senior level IT Project Manager for a client in Watsonville, CA. Their Project Management Office is working on a number of important implementation projects across IT, including applications, ERP, and infrastructure, and we could use your expertise. This role will require 4 days onsite in Watsonville, CA.Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all projects stay on track.
Use your experience with vendor management to handle contract negotiations and maintain ongoing relationships with our partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues efficiently to ensure projects stay on course.
Regularly update leadership with project status, milestones, and outcomes, so everyone stays informed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
5+ years of experience managing IT projects, including experience with implementations of ERP and infrastructure projects.
Strong vendor management experience.
An independent work ethic, able to manage and progress projects with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on managing challenges and mitigating risks.
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred, but not required.
