We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join a successful company in Gridley, CA!
The Property Maintenance Technician will also serve as property security.
Compensation: $21/hr
Job Requirements:
Perform routine maintenance around the property.
Repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
Maintain, clean, and service equipment.
Inspect for and repair damage to building surfaces.
Work on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
Fix electrical issues
Job Qualifications:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Have reliable transportation
Have valid driver's license
2+ years experience in maintenance, plumbing, and electrical
Previous apartment tech is a plus
Must possess great customer service
