Storage facility seeking to fill a combination position of Relief Office Manager/Maintenance Worker. Approximately 24 hours per week with potential for additional hours as needed. Pay depending on experience.
Job duties for Relief Office Manager to include but not limited to-
Renting/Vacating Units
Processing Payments
Answering phones
Monitoring Cameras
Managing emails
Relief Office Manager must possess combination of the following skills-
Proficient in computer operations (ex. Word, Excel and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills
Effective time management
Efficient organization and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of storage facility rentals a plus
Job duties for Relief Maintenance Worker to include but not limited to-
Cleaning out units
Keeping grounds clean
General light duty maintenance
Overlocking units
Cutting locks on sale units
Relief Maintenance Worker must possess combination of the following skills-
Operation of power tools
Knowledge of general repair work
Effective time management
Efficient organization and multitasking abilities
