Sushi Chef

We are a small neighborhood sushi restaurant that has served our Longmont community for over 20 years. We are looking for an experienced sushi chef that has the ability to perform all aspects required of this position, from the prep work to executing our dishes during service. Knife skills, rolling technique, and ability to work in a fast paced environment are a must. This position will begin as part time, with the opportunity to grow into a full time roll with us.
