100% RemoteType: Full Time, Direct HireSalary: $100k-$130k + 10% bonusTravel: Up to 30%We are looking for an experienced Vista/Viewpoint Application Administrator to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated, career-minded, experienced Administrator to monitor and support daily Vista ERP operations. This position is responsible for providing support for the Vista application as well as training new employees on Vista, training employees on new and add-on modules in Vista, as well as working closely with operational team leads, IT, Finance, HR and Accounting to provide support for their business functions including end of year financial reports and state and federal filings.Job Duties:Provide support to employees using Vista construction software by ViewpointDiagnose and provide creative, timely, and effective solutions to processing errorsPerform database administration, development, and reporting in VistaPerform regular maintenance and local configuration of VistaGuide and create specific Vista reports, processes/workflows, and system modifications to support company objectivesResearch, design, and recommend Vista related solutions to senior management based on business or project specific needs; plan the implementation and rollout of the proposed solutionsAssist internal users with questions and problems related to the softwareCreate and deliver routine and requested reports using Crystal ReportsResponsible for ensuring Vista user and training documentation is created and kept up to date, including procedural manuals, training videos, best practice documents, etc.Provide expertise to software developersProvide on-call support and ticket queue resolutionsPerform other work as assigned to ensure the success of the teamMonitor application use to ensure optimal performanceTest the release of product updates to minimize user impact and ensure compatibilityAbility to provide hands-on training and end-user supportAbility to work independently under minimal supervisionExceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilityOther duties as assignedJob-Related Experience:Administrative experience with Vista by Viewpoint is requiredExperience with MS SQL reporting tools is requiredExperience with Crystal Reports is requiredExperience with Vista support is required and a focus in accounting is preferredExperience with Microsoft Office application usage is required (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with vendor interaction and management is preferredMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience supporting VistaIntermediate MS-SQL skillsIntermediate knowledge and experience of BI tools including Crystal ReportsExperience handling customer technical support callsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to actively listen to and understand concernsProficient in Microsoft OfficeAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize issues, and monitor and report on progressAbility to work in a team environmentA self-starter with the ability to fulfill a variety of functions without direct supervision in a dynamic and demanding environmentWillingness to travel up to 30% of the timeBenefits:New Hires are eligible first of the month following 60-day waiting periodHealth Insurance-We offer three competitive health plan options through Blue Cross Blue ShieldHealth Savings Account (HSA)Voluntary Dental, Vision, Accident, and Life coverage401k after 90 days of employment with a company match up to 4%Other benefits include but not limited to an EAP, Telemedicine and a 24/7 NurselineAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
