Description We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer in the United States. This role is focused on coding, debugging, and maintaining software systems, working closely with the product team and other engineers to develop new features, ensure code quality, and tackle technical challenges. The role also involves mentoring and guiding junior team members, helping them to grow their skills and ensuring team redundancy. This position is part of the telecom industry.Responsibilities: Design, implement, and deploy complex software systems, developing high-quality code for new features and improvements. Maintain and refactor existing codebases to ensure reliability and performance. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the software lifecycle. Collaborate to define and refine system architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Work closely with other engineers to solve challenging technical problems and implement best practices. Partner with the product team to ensure that new features meet the required specifications and contribute to the overall product vision. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring team redundancy. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into the development process.Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or related role Proficient in JavaScript, Typescript, and Python Scripting Extensive experience in React, React Native, and React.js Hands-on experience with API Development, REST API Design, and REST API Solid understanding of Node.js and Go programming languages Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and Cypress is advantageous Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
