Manufacturing Technical Writer

The Manufacturing Technical Writer is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed work instructions, based on engineering documentation, for the manufacture of both flight and non-flight hardware.  This is a full-time non-exempt position in which the work is performed under general supervision by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and is evaluated on results obtained.The Technical Writer will:Create operations Travelers for all new product builds based on direction from engineering drawings and reviewers.Maintain IFS Product Routings to match Traveler operations. Maintain in-process Travelers for engineering changes and issues that occur during the build.Develop and maintain rework/repair travelers.
