This position will be located in Colorado Springs, CO.Position Overview:About C2BMC: The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program integrates the Missile Defense System. It is a vital operational system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, to collectively see the battle develop, and to dynamically manage designated networked sensors and weapons systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives. C2BMC supports a layered missile defense capability that enables an optimized response to threats of all ranges in all phases of flight. C2BMC is the force multiplier that globally and regionally networks, integrates, and synchronizes autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations to optimize performance. C2BMC is integral to all system ground and flight tests, which verify and exercise all current and future missile defense system capabilities.The candidate will serve as the Network and Enterprise Services (NES) DevOps Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the CI/CD Pipeline tools such as GitLab, Nexus, and Python. This role requires understanding how to execute configuration management processes, releases, and versioning of managed configurations. The candidate must be able to travel to alternate work locations.Essential Functions:
Apply principles, theories, and concepts in their field and provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems with imaginative and thorough solutions.
Work under general direction, and results are reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
Frequent internal and external customer contacts and represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
Primary DevOps Engineer supporting the C2BMC Program.
Solely responsible for Gitlab, assuring proper documentation, training, and reporting is completed.
Responsible for executing data management utilizing existing program tools, including documentation, training, and reporting.
Responsible for facilitating relevant meetings and review boards.
Assist with release management when required.
Responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining a CI/CD pipeline for the NES ART.
Create, maintain, and present KPIs and other metrics related to the CI/CD Pipeline and other configuration management areas.
Detail-oriented and have the ability to follow processes.
Basic Qualifications:Please note your updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable.
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance.
5 years with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 9 years experience in lieu of a degree.
Must possess a DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA)
Must be an effective communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills using Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Visio.
Must have experience as a DevOps Engineer.
Must establish and follow processes throughout project life cycles to maintain consistent configuration control, developing, operating, and maintaining GitLab database and other process management tools.
Must have experience with GitLab and GitLab concepts such as branching, merging, etc.
Must have experience with maintaining the Hardware Configuration Management Plan, maintaining configuration item(s), change control, status accounting, and audit verification.
Must have experience with managing large data repositories of documents and folder structures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance is highly desired.
Experience working in Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge of basic Network Engineering.
Experience creating and updating processes and procedures.
Developing KPIs, tracking other metrics, and creating reports.
Experience in a DoD environment.
Prior C2BMC experience

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
