Need a home health care worker

I am looking for a female home health care caregiver. She must be between 21 to 45 years old and can speak English and Spanish. My mother is 76 years old. She needs a compasionate and patient person who knows how to work with seniors. My mother has mobility problems. The job pays 15.00 an hour. I need someone 4 to 5 days a week for 6 to 8 hours a day. You must provide references.
