Position Overview:
The Sales Clerk plays a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys a social, retail environment and has flexibility for evening and weekend hours.
Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
-Operate the cash register and handle all sales transactions accurately
-Check customer identification to verify legal age requirements for alcohol sales
-Restock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed
-Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
-Assist with inventory counts and deliveries when required
-Follow all state and local liquor laws and company policies
Qualifications:
-Must be 21 years of age or older
-Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
-Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
-Availability for nights, weekends, and weekdays
