We are looking for a Working Utility Foreman to lead a crew installing, maintaining, and repairing underground utility lines (water, sewer and storm), acting as the crucial link between management and workers by planning daily tasks, enforcing strict safety rules, ensuring quality work (reading plans, checking grade), managing materials, handling paperwork (timesheets, reports), and performing hands-on work to meet project deadlines and budgets.
Ability to communicate in a TEAM like atmosphere with other crew members
Ability to understand construction drawings and prints (preferred)

Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
Bi-lingual is a plus
3 years experience. Clean motor vehicle record.
