An established Classic Sports car sales and restoration facility is looking for a long term part time person. This is an [ in house ] " not remote" position to handle all bookkeeping responsibilities. This position is for an experienced person with the following knowledge and requirements. Some initial limited training and orientation will be provided.
1. Strong familiarity with Quick books software
2. To be able to understand the Accrual System
3. Know how to make detailed invoices
4. Payroll including all payroll reporting forms that need to be sent out. ie: Federal / State.
5. Financial reports
Prior experience with books in the automotive industry would be helpful but not necessary. This is approximately a two day a week position.
