Job Title: Sr. Compliance EngineerResponsibilities

Ensure products comply with domestic and global market regulations.

Collaborate with the new product development team to review proposed design changes for compliance.

Manage and support testing and certification projects with external groups including UL, TUV, IAPMO, and CSA Group.

Communicate and apply relevant laws, regulations, and standards including IEC and CSA

Provide guidance to engineering teams during new product development.

Monitor global compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Essential Skills

Experience working with electromechanical device compliance, including products with motors, batteries, microcontrollers, and wireless communication.

Knowledge of compliance and regulatory affairs.

Ability to manage testing and certification projects with external testing groups.

Proficient in communicating and applying relevant laws, regulations, and standards such as IEC and CSA

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in providing guidance to engineering teams during new product development.

Ability to monitor global compliance with laws and regulations.
