Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experienceSummary:Oversees intake forms and maintains technology content management systems and dashboards. Supports digital experience strategy for the department and system technologies.Responsibilities:
Provides new technology project management support.
Manages Digital Experience Innovation daily requests by delegating tasks to the right people. Tackles simple, content or communication requests immediately, providing a faster solution to patient experience problems. Responds to patient-facing issues and help desk requests for patient experience assistance.
Maintains Content Management Systems such as Conversational AI, Indoor Navigation and app-specific Salesforce integrations, e.g. push notifications or virtual assistant pushed messages.
Builds and maintains reporting dashboards and analytics.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:

Minimum Experience: 3 years of related experience.
