The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and user-centric digital content. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to create compelling visuals that elevate our brand and engage our audience.Key Responsibilities
Develop and design high-quality visual content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, online ads, and mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital channels.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for optimal user experience.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as infographics, presentations, and promotional content, as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in graphic/visual design with a focus on digital media.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects, including web design, social media graphics, and digital advertising.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user experience (UX) design.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design ideas effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
