Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Denver, Colorado. The role calls for a highly organized individual with a knack for maintaining office efficiency and providing excellent customer service. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing mail, scheduling visitors, maintaining the office and kitchen supplies, and assisting with event planning.Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently Warmly welcome visitors and manage their scheduling Maintain office supplies and ensure the kitchen is well-stocked Oversee the maintenance of the office, including the upkeep of coffee machines and other appliances Address building maintenance issues promptly and efficiently Review and manage voicemails to the main office number Assist in planning office events and meetings Manage the accounts payable and receivable process using accounting software systems Handle expense reports and other accounting functions using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and courteously.Skills: Proficiency in accounting software systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook Knowledge of accounting functions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Experience with billing functions Exceptional customer service skills.
