Sr. Data Entry Clerk

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Data Entry Clerk in the service industry, based in Denver, Colorado. This role involves meticulous data management, auditing, and compliance duties in a dynamic workplace environment.Responsibilities: Accurately input data into relevant databases, ensuring all entries are correct and up-to-date. Review spreadsheet entries for accuracy and make necessary corrections. Merge data from various sources as needed to maintain comprehensive records. Perform ad-hoc tasks related to data entry as required by the team. Regularly audit data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Ensure compliance with SOX regulations in all data management activities. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas to perform data analysis and report generation. Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions based on account status. Process customer credit applications in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain meticulous records of customer credit information. Requirements Proficient in data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ability to use Excel Formulas efficiently Excellent typing speed and accuracy Ability to review, compile, and enter data accurately Ability to identify and correct errors in data Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent qualification required Prior experience as a data entry clerk in the service industry is preferred.
