Line Cooks
Saverina is looking for solid lead line cooks. We are a market driven Italian Restaurant. We make all our pastas using Colorado grown flours, organic is at the center of our ethos. Everything is scratch in the kitchen. Our pizza deck is fed our sourdough-leavened pizzas. We also have the highest rooftop cocktail bar in Denver with amazing views featuring American bar snacks. Both venues are very busy and we need cooks that can move and prioritize time as well as work as a team. I have one spot PM spot available. Shifts start at 2pm and get out around 10pm. We are looking for a great cultural fit. We want cooks that can move from station to station and keep things fresh.
