We are a busy, patient-centered chiropractic clinic in Englewood seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist to join our team starting immediately. This is an IN OFFICE ONLY position, we are not hiring a remote employee at this time.
This position requires prior experience with medical insurance billing, including posting payments, managing claims, and following up on denials. Familiarity with ChiroTouch EHR software is a plus, but not required.
We’re looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and efficient, with a friendly attitude and excellent communication skills.
Position Details
Schedule: 2 days per week (16 hours total)
Required day: Friday
Optional day: Monday or Wednesday (your choice)
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities
Handle insurance billing, payments, and patient accounts
Verify insurance benefits and submit claims accurately
Maintain clear communication with patients and insurance companies
Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications
Prior medical insurance billing experience required
Experience with ChiroTouch or similar EHR software preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Friendly, professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
Compensation
$19.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
