Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Onsite in Denver, CO (80238)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (8–10 hour shifts)
Duration: 10-12 months

Scope of Work:
Perform basic facility maintenance and support day-to-day operations. Work includes general facilities tasks such as patch and paint, grounds work, cleaning, and light mechanical work such as building and mounting equipment, changing filters, and assisting with setup or repair projects. Housekeeping and janitorial duties will also be part of this role to ensure a safe, organized, and well-maintained work environment.
Skills & Requirements:
Prior experience in general maintenance, facilities, or related work
Able to use basic hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, wrenches)
Comfortable being on feet for 8- 10 hours per day
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Understands and follows safety protocols
Must wear composite or steel-toe shoes and safety glasses at all times while on the job
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
