You will need experience, having worked for a real moving company - don't tell me you moved yourself a lot or family, it's not the same. Please don't waste our time - we will know the first day if you have experience or not and at which point I will show you the exit if you lack experience. I have plenty of unexperienced or green helpers, that's not what I am hiring for at this time. Age range will be 23 years old to 38 years old. Don't get mad, even Brett Farve and Tom Brady retired at 40 from physical shit dog hard work. It's father time, he is undefeated.
The ideal candidate will be strong, have endurance, coordination and balance. Also provide great customer service, be punctual and listens and follows directions. Your schedule will change since we work on demand. Our days off are when there are no moves scheduled. Weekends are the most busy days. You will average about 25 to 40 hours a week.
Starting pay is $22 an hour + tips are usually very generous. This is negotiable based on your level of expertise and experience.
We are a 5 star moving company, which means we are looking for someone with great customer service skills and is very dependable.
