General laborers needed for excavation projects

We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and safety-oriented general laborers to join our excavation team.
Job responsibilities
Perform manual labor, including digging, trenching, backfilling, and grading using hand tools like shovels.
Assist heavy equipment operators by acting as a spotter, hand digging around utilities, and ensuring a clear work area.
Help with site preparation and cleanup, including loading and unloading materials, moving debris, and organizing tools and equipment.
Follow all company and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist with the installation of underground utilities and pipework.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred, but not required.
Prior construction or excavation experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks, lift up to 75+ pounds, and work on your feet for extended periods.
A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
