Maintenance Laborer / Custodian – Commercial Properties
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Laborer / Custodian to work as needed (10 - 20 hours per week)! Our company is one of the largest real estate holders in the state, with an extensive portfolio of commercial properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Landscaping and property clean-up
- Vacant space preparation
- Moving furniture/equipment
- Trash removal and dumpster maintenance
- General upkeep of properties
- Random tasks
Requirements:
- Hardworking and dependable
- Candidates with a truck and trailer will be given preference
- Ability to lift/move heavy items
- Experience in maintenance, custodial work, or landscaping preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
