Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong experience in kitchen and bath remodeling. This role requires someone who can confidently perform accurate take‑offs, identify all necessary scope items to achieve the client’s new design, and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed take‑offs from plans, measurements, and design documents
Identify all required scope, including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, finish materials, and any additional work needed to achieve the final design
Collaborate closely with designers, installers, subcontractors, and sales teams to ensure alignment on project requirements
Maintain project timelines, proactively addressing delays, conflicts, or missing information
Communicate clearly with team members and clients to ensure expectations are understood and met
Review plans for feasibility, code compliance, and potential field challenges
Support field teams with problem‑solving and decision‑making during active installs
Qualifications
Strong background in kitchen and bath remodels (residential required)
Proven ability to complete accurate take‑offs and scope assessments
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
