Key Responsibilities:
Bilingual Communication: Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, ensuring smooth interactions across languages.
Office Administration: Manage daily tasks such as answering phones, handling emails, and maintaining an organized office environment.
Software Proficiency: Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tasks like data entry, document creation, and generating reports.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent support and service to internal and external clients.
Supply Management: Oversee ordering and management of office supplies to ensure the workspace is always well-stocked and organized.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and collaborate with diverse teams
