We need admin and bookkeeping support for our home-based businesses.
We are looking for a Part Time (15 to 20 hours a week) assistant.
The hours and days are flexible, can work around your schedule.
This is not a remote work situation. You will need to come to our home office.
Qualifications:
We are PC and Android based, (this is NOT Apple based)
Must know Excel spread sheets and Word.
Familiar with Quick Books helpful.
Must be a problem solver, organized, attention to detail, Honest and Reliable
Must like handing a variety of tasks.
Good at working with limited instructions, (can figure things out)
Willing to take on new tasks
Skilled at tracking down information, good at internet searches.
Happy and pleasant to work with
Duties include:
Paying Bills
Reconciling checkbooks and credit card statements and sending reports to our off site accountant.
You will also be handling the mail.
Running Errands, Shipping products.
We use PC and Android systems, (we are NOT Apple based)
Internet searches for information for projects
Tracking sales on Excel spreadsheets.
Typing occasional letters and updating tracking forms.
We are looking for someone who is fun to work with and wants a long-term position.
